We are a community of women helping fellow women to maintain a lifestyle of peace, tranquility and to take charge over their thoughts.
Since 2019, my friends and I would catch up, and no matter how grand our updates were, we noticed we faced similar challenges. We frequently felt stretched and overwhelmed, not just physically, but emotionally, constantly trying to juggle work, relationships, family, and our walk with God. Due to our busy lifestyles, we unconsciously normalized not being okay. We brushed off the exhaustion and at times, justified the lack of peace as ‘part of the process’ of building something meaningful.

But deep down, we wanted more peace, to feel more anchored and unrushed—but didn’t know how to get there. We didn’t even know how to slow down or to pause without feeling guilty or fearful of ‘being left behind’. We were so used to the fast-paced rhythm of life that we forgot how it felt to truly breathe.
When we finally became tired of the lows and woes of our updates, we decided to address the issue head-on. We started small and began testing simple frameworks we came across to reset our minds in the middle of real, demanding days. We shared what worked, and discarded what didn’t. Gradually, over three years, we picked up and incorporated practices which helped us feel lighter, clearer, and more in control. We included a peace section in our quarterly updates to focus us on the question of our internal peace. As we grew in consistent application of these practices, we noticed that we weren’t spiralling like before. The lows and woes became fewer. We could catch ourselves faster when our thoughts went rogue. From our own little arsenal of daily practices, the results were undeniable.
The truth is, we didn’t become less busy (actually, the opposite happened), but we became less burdened. We were more peaceful, more present, more in charge of our thoughts.
